Ingredients
One kilogram of goat meat
Ginger (crushed) a teaspoon
Garlic (crushed) a tablespoon of food
Salt custom taste
Pepper (proven) a teaspoon
Tomato 1/4 kg

Green chili six
Two tablespoons of green coriander leaves (finely chopped)
A cup of coking oil
Method:
Fry both the thawed and the reservoirs over the oven. Heat the coking oil in a saucepan and put the ginger, garlic and meat in it. Then cook it and add salt and pepper to fry. After ten to fifteen minutes, add a cup of water and cover to let the meat to tender. When the meat is half boiled, add the tomatoes and cook on low flame.
